For free, any Org can set up a "JV" account which includes its own web presence and can use our rich content engines. This enables Orgs to create pages for each sport they operate, each with its own content, news, venue management, schedule and results capabilities, and file upload/download features. Go to "OrgSites" and take a look at others already using our services to get a feel for what your Org might be able to do. |

What do "Varsity" (paying) Organizations get? |

Varsity Orgs get all the JV services, plus our powerful database-driven features: online registration, online "slicing and dicing" of populations into leagues, divisions and teams, online distribution of players onto teams, content and news engines for leagues and each team, powerful communications, polling, and more. |

What's the Paperwork thing? |

Becoming a Varsity SportsOffice customer means entering into a contractual and banking relationship, and we treat it seriously. So, we have written down what we think are the duties and responsibilities of each party. Before we set you up to use our full services, we ask that you download the Paperwork, read it and join us in signing on the dotted line in an agreement which will govern us both. You snail us two copies and we'll snail you back a signed copy. We are happy to answer any questions and possibly modify the agreement based on special circumstances. |

How long does it take? |

JV services can be established in a few minutes. Paying services depend on the good old USPS and how fast you execute the Paperwork thing. |

What about help? |

We have made our features VERY easy to use. By reading the instructions carefully, you should be fine. However, further help is an email away. We answer promptly and, in most cases will call you right up to solve your problem. We need happy campers out there to be in business. |
